Hi, I am Allen Mathews, a candidate for Bremerton City Council for District 1.  I am a US Navy Veteran, 2007-2014 with an honorable discharge.  I severed aboard USS Seawolf SSN-21 and USS Henry M Jackson SSBN-730 (Gold); I also deployed with USS Ohio SSGN-726 (Blue) for one Western Pacific Deployment.  I loved the environment of Western Washington, I decided to make it my home; in 2013 I purchased by home in East Bremerton.  After leaving the service, I spent two years as a mutlicraft technician in a vinyl manufacturing plant. I am now the Electrical and Safety Supervisor with Talgo-Inc (Manufacturer of Amtrak Cascade Lines Trainsets).  Each Amtrak train that leaves Seattle has to meet Federal Rail Administration requirements, I ensure that those requirements are met.  With all my professional experience there has come times where thinking abstractly and critically has solved complex problems. 

        Citizen of Bremerton District 1, we need a voice, we need a new face, we need someone who is not afraid to say no the Status Quo.  We need a Voice of Reason.
